Adam Duke

An experienced aviation professional

21jAeroDesign is headed by Adam Duke, a highly-regarded aviation professional with over 30 years’ experience in design, maintenance, CAMO and airlines. Before forming 21jAeroDesign Adam held the position of Head of Design and Structures at easyJet, where he founded the company’s Part 21J design organisation and Part M structures fleet technical management team. With his extensive experience and expertise; Adam brings with him a customer focused approach and a comprehensive knowledge of value engineering.

Peter Glithero

Head of Airworthiness

Peter Glithero is Head of Airworthiness at 21jAeroDesign, bringing more than 20 years of experience in aircraft design, airworthiness management, certification, and regulatory compliance.

Before joining 21jAeroDesign, Peter spent 14 years within easyJet’s Design Organisation, where he held a range of technical and management roles, including Head of Airworthiness and Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) specialising in cabin interiors. During this time, he provided airworthiness oversight and regulatory guidance across a large commercial fleet, ensuring continued compliance with certification requirements while supporting the design, modification, and operation of cabin interior systems.

His responsibilities included the approval and certification of aircraft modifications, verification of design compliance, management of cabin interior design projects, and oversight of design assurance activities. He worked closely with engineering, operations, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure design changes satisfied certification, safety, and operational requirements while delivering practical and efficient engineering solutions.
